The stores featured here are by far the most picturesque, and the Marché Vernaison is the birthplace of this great market. A time travel space located in the middle of the cacophony of Saint-Ouen. One can witness that old Parisien charm, neighbours and owners gathering for lunch, setting-up their tables right in front of their stores, eating on vintage china and dressed with the clothes of ages past. The ones that have been there the longest, say they can’t possibly see themselves doing anything else, and neither could we.
